Right from the start of each project, systems are put in place to ensure an open and steady flow of relevant information. This ranges from developing a project outline with dates and milestones and utilizing the latest group-work software to simply being there and answering the phone or hopping on a plane as required. Project Managers work with our Project Coordinators, Department Heads, Logistics personnel and Accounting department to ensure the success of each project.
